Public trust overview

Trust, security, and privacy at CPDKeep

A plain-language summary of how CPDKeep handles CPD records, evidence files, exports, team privacy boundaries, and autofill. This page is intentionally conservative and does not replace our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

What CPDKeep Stores

CPDKeep stores the account and profile details needed to run your account, including your name, email address, profession, plan, and CPD cycle settings.

It also stores the CPD activity records you create, such as activity titles, dates, providers, hours or credits, categories, notes, reflection fields, and uploaded or imported evidence files.

Evidence may include certificates, receipts, attendance records, and documents you choose to upload, forward, or import. CPDKeep is a record-keeping tool; it does not provide clinical review of your CPD content.

Evidence Storage Model

Uploaded and imported evidence is kept so it can support your CPD record, activity detail screens, and audit report workflows.

The product shows evidence back to you through authenticated views and report exports. This page intentionally does not publish low-level storage identifiers, temporary-access mechanics, provider secrets, or exact infrastructure topology.

Hosting And Data Residency

CPDKeep is built for Australian health professionals, and the web application deployment is configured for an Australian hosting region.

Database, file storage, payment, email, analytics, and optional autofill features rely on managed cloud service providers. Because those services can have separate processing and support arrangements, CPDKeep does not make a blanket data-residency guarantee on this page.

Privacy Boundaries

Your CPD activity records and evidence files are private to your account unless you choose to export, download, or share them outside CPDKeep.

Team features are designed around summary oversight. Team administrators can see readiness labels, profession grouping, renewal timing, progress percentages, and evidence completeness grades, but the product does not automatically expose private evidence files, activity titles, providers, notes, reflection text, document text, or email content to team administrators.

Do not upload patient or client information unless you are satisfied it is appropriate for your own record-keeping obligations.

Export And Deletion

Where your plan includes reports, you can export CPD audit materials from the product. Team administrators can export summary-level team readiness material for internal management where that feature is available.

Some account details can be updated in the account area. If you need help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account data beyond the self-serve controls available in the product, submit a support request through the signed-in Service.

Backups And Recovery

CPDKeep relies on managed cloud providers and operational safeguards to operate the Service and recover from routine platform issues.

We do not publish or promise specific recovery timing, data-loss commitments, special backup guarantees, disaster recovery certifications, incident response service levels, or monitoring guarantees on this page.

AI And Autofill

When document or email autofill is enabled and available on your plan, CPDKeep may use uploaded or forwarded evidence to suggest CPD fields such as title, date, provider, category, hours, and topics.

Autofill output is a draft. You review and confirm suggestions before they become part of your CPD log.

CPDKeep does not use this page to make provider-specific guarantees about model training, retention periods, regional AI processing, or AI provider infrastructure.

AHPRA And Compliance Disclaimer

CPDKeep helps you organize CPD records, monitor progress, and prepare summaries or audit materials.

CPDKeep publishes a source-linked requirement review changelog so you can see when supported profession requirement records were reviewed or updated.

CPDKeep is not AHPRA, a National Board, a regulator, a legal adviser, a compliance certification, or a guarantee that your CPD obligations are met. You remain responsible for checking the requirements that apply to your registration and deciding what to submit if audited.
