Individual is A$5 monthly or A$50 yearly and adds all current individual paid capabilities: reports, unlimited evidence storage, reminders, fair-use autofill and forwarding, review drafts, gap analysis, requirement notices, PDP and registration tracking, and priority support routing.

Free has no trial clock and needs no credit card. It includes unlimited manual activity logging and core tracking, one autofill, and 10 evidence documents. Published plan limits and these service terms apply.

Paid features end with the billing period and activities remain visible. If you have more than 10 documents, one 90-day grace keeps every existing file previewable and downloadable while you choose 10. Without a valid selection, CPDKeep keeps 10 attached to the most recent activities. Overflow metadata remains visible, files are archived rather than deleted, and upgrading restores access without re-uploading.

Team is A$10 per seat monthly or A$99 per seat yearly (A$8.25/month equivalent), saving A$21 or 17.5% per seat with annual billing. It includes everything in Individual for each member, plus central billing and seats, onboarding, readiness oversight, staff reminder workflows, organisation exports, former-staff continuity and privacy-safe summary administration.

When you set profession and cycle dates, CPDKeep calculates the tracked deadline. Individual and Team include reminder emails with progress against the recorded target.

Yes. Individual or Team access continues through the paid period. Activities remain visible after downgrade. The documented evidence grace and archive rules apply, and CPDKeep does not automatically delete overflow evidence.
