Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 June 2026

Welcome to CPDKeep. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CPDKeep website and application at cpdkeep.com.au (the “Service”), operated by CPDKeep (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CPDKeep is a record-keeping and tracking tool that helps Australian health professionals log Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, monitor progress, and prepare reports. The Service is provided for informational and organisational purposes only.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. CPD accuracy and no professional advice

The Service is not a substitute for professional advice and is not affiliated with AHPRA or any National Board. CPD requirements, cycles, and audit rules are set by your National Board and may change. You are solely responsible for:

  • verifying the CPD requirements that apply to your registration;
  • ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the activities you log; and
  • maintaining your own compliance with your registration obligations.

We make no guarantee that any report generated by the Service will be accepted by AHPRA, a National Board, or any other body.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose;
  • upload content that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its systems; or
  • misuse the Service in a way that could damage or impair its availability.

5. Subscriptions, fees, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Prices and plan features are described on our pricing page and may change as described there.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the CPD activities, notes, and evidence you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to use Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any third-party material included in Your Content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or proprietary content except as required to use the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, authentication, payment, and email providers). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, and their terms may apply to your use of those components.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, or perform maintenance, with reasonable notice where practical. We are not liable for any loss arising from Service unavailability.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or registration resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or otherwise misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Australia.

14. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please see our FAQ or contact us through the Service.
