Methodology, sources and limitations
The tool performs a deterministic, presence-only check across an activity record, supporting evidence, reflection, planning, requirement or category checks, and a final gap review. It does not inspect content, calculate profession requirements, receive uploads or compare answers with a regulator record.
- 1. Fixed choices
Present scores two, not sure scores one, and needs attention or unanswered scores zero. Choices never leave the browser.
- 2. Cautious bands
A stronger signal requires all six checks marked present; lower totals remain early or building preparation signals.
- 3. Gap order
Needs-attention choices come first, followed by not-sure and unanswered checks, with evidence and activity records given practical priority.

This result is a general preparation signal based only on the presence choices above. It is not a compliance decision, certification, guarantee of audit success, regulator approval or endorsement, or individual legal or professional advice.
Requirements differ by profession, registration circumstances and period. Check your National Board's current effective material and follow any instructions supplied for an actual audit.
